2. Purpose
This website presents the IT support and maintenance services that Calidade Systems provides to companies and professionals, mainly in the Bergantiños area and the province of A Coruña.
3. Terms of use
Access is free and requires no registration. Users undertake to make proper use of the content and not to use it for unlawful purposes, in a way that harms the rights of third parties, or that may damage, disable or overload the site.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, the logotype, the visual identity and the code of this site belong to Calidade Systems or to those who have licensed them to it. All rights reserved.
The ambient photographs come from a stock library with a free commercial licence (Pexels) and have been colour graded for this site; they do not show real Calidade Systems installations, offices or clients, and this is stated next to each image.

5. Links
This site links to the technical notebook hosted on the same domain and, only if the user explicitly asks for it, loads a Google Maps embed. The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites reachable from here.
6. Data protection
The contact form collects a name, one contact detail (phone or email), optionally a company, and the description of the problem, for the sole purpose of answering the enquiry. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject and the legitimate interest in responding to a commercial request.
